12-Year-Old with Down Syndrome Dances His Way Into the Hearts of Millions: ‘I’m Most Happy When I’m Dancing’

The 12-year-old with Down syndrome has brought smiles to millions of viewers with his hip-hop moves, showcased in videos his mother shares on social media.

“Dancing is his greatest joy in life,” his mother, Kenya Flowers, tells PEOPLE. “It makes him happy and I wanted to share that happiness with the rest of the world! Hopefully his smile can bring a smile to someone else.”

With almost 2 million views, Dehvin’s most popular video features him car-dancing and then telling his mother to stop the car so he can bust a move in a parking lot.
